Default Driving without rear 02 sensors until tune?

About to tackle a header install and plan on taking it to Vengeance for a tune afterwards. Since the rear 02s can be deleted I don't see a point in buying 02 extensions for them (headers won't come with it), so is it okay to drive with only the front sensors plugged in until then?

Probably going to light the check engine light , not sure though. They are there just to monitor the cats, it shouldn't cause any issues other than the light. No expert here but just my thoughts.

There will be a check engine light, but it'll operate just fine.

I drove mine for a week or two after long tubes no rear O2 without a tune with no issues.

depending where you are leave them in so they pass visual for emissions test even thou they will be turned off in tune.

Thanks for the input everyone! Quick question....what is the "proper" way to disconnect the 02 sensor?

Lift the black latch in your picture and pull the plug out.

Pull by the plugs and not the wire.
