2007 c6 automatic transmission issues
I have a 6 speed automatic transmission that when I drive normally shifts fine with no slippage. When I go WOT sometimes the car feels like it hangs up on shift and if I let up on gas a little shift completes. Is the transmission screwed or is there something I can try to fix this like possibly changing the fluid?

IF a momentary slip, RPMs jump w/o movement, could probably use a fluid change. Internal turbins need good, unburned fluid for proper operation & when fluid's worn-out/burned, discs slip.
Worn neglect fluid burns discs, then it's new tranny time.
If first time it's being changed + >100K, DO NOT flush.
Drain as much out as possible, refill w/ fresh.
High mile never maintained ATs accumulate sludge in all valves/passages/corners/crannies, and there're many.
New xmission fluid's actually an excellent cleaner, but the last thing one wants is to disturb the most imbedded debris.
It'll only foul-up xmission fluid passages.
*A few excellent uTubes detailing this matter.
Had drain/refill shtick done on our CTS4 w/ 150K after it began slightly slipping. It's like new, now.
If not slipping, it's something deeper.
Or as others have said computer's slow anticipating what to do taking a second or 2 to respond. Might be able to tighten-up shift time w/ a tune, maybe ask RPM?
Last AT I owned was in a '69 340 Dart, magnificent 727.
All mechanical & perfect at 'anticipating', every time.
These electronic versions not so much, based solely on reading owner comments.
Just be glad it's not a A8.
