Disconnected my battery, trunk shut?

Yes, the Key to the rear hatch area. It's in your key Fob.
If you don't have a key, then jack up the passenger side and hook a battery charger to the Starter positive + and Ground posts.
Once that is hooked up, your fob will unlock the car.
Good Luck

From my 2011 Owner's Manual:
Remote Keyless Entry
(RKE) System
The RKE transmitter is used to lock
and unlock the doors from up to
30 m (100 ft) away from the vehicle.
Press the button (A) to remove the
key. The key can be used to lock
and unlock the glove box and to
open the hatch/trunk lid if power to
the vehicle is lost. See Hatch on
page 2‑10 for more information.
and
If your vehicle has lost battery
power, open the hatch/trunk using
the vehicle key. See Keys on
page 2‑2 for more information.
The key lock cylinder is located on
the rear of the hatch/trunk lid above
the license plate. Turn the vehicle
key clockwise in the lock
Good luck!

Don't think anyone mentioned it but when you get in your trunk, you can also pull a little tag on the drivers side and it will let you in the front door, and another little tag will pop the fuel lid. You can also put a dead fob in the glove box slot and it will start the car..if you push the start button.....
Oh yes, and if "you" get locked "in" the trunk there is another little white I believe tag that will unlock the trunk from inside if you pull it, by the trunk lock, at least on convertibles....
If you have a power top have you found out how to raise or lower it if it isn't working?? Good to know. Just saying....
