Oh BTW, you're looking good to go. The biggest problem will be sticking the launch and seat time can cure that. GL
Is it open? I haven't been into the car so much lately. I did swap clutches so next time should be fun.

They don't prep on street legal nights. Waste of money to go.

With extra power, new tires, and a new clutch, it'll take a few passes to get yourself dialed in. I've never found track conditions to be real good at the start of a new season.
Best of luck to you and post up your results.

Fit the 16" wheels this weekend. Had to clearance the upright a little. Painted the pieces on the CAI to make them blend into the car as well.

Hoosiers are mounted and ready to go. Picked up an improved racing crank scraper/baffle and a 25% ATI pulley. Also order the Tri y hooker headers and 3" x pipe to go on after we hit 10s on stock exhaust to make it a solid 10 second car. Still have a lot to get installed and tuned and the tracks are opening up in the next week around here

Radiator is not blocked off. It actually runs cooler then stock by a few degrees. It was 80 here yesterday and the car barely got over 200. Sitting in traffic it will have zero effect because it is what it is. Map sensor sees 100kpa now still utilizing the stock CAI and I need to finish sealing it all up. I can't complain.

I typically run at Mason Dixon in Boonseborrow MD (close to Hagerstown) I will run at MIR on occasion. Hiossilver lives closer to Dixon and we typically hit the track together with a few other friends. I live in Fredericksburg.

Currently I have installed the 1.85 rockers, PSI 1511s with Ti Retainers, Rod Mod LS3 Intake (will be cutting the floor out of the stocker and doing some runner work to it and test both). I will port the throttle body, put the mezier EWP on, make a ram air set up and put the LSA injectors in with a flex fuel sensor. (I have everything except the sensor) Got a stage 2 Differential with 4.10s on the way with the dif/trans brace and I will be using my 5.5" tilton clutch set up which weighs about 17 pounds. Got a set of 16" salad shooter that I will put a set of 26" Hoosier QTPs on. Would like to see it make 440/440 at the wheels with this set up. Is touching the 10s on stock manifolds stock exhaust doable? I have NPP which is the only option on it and the Chrome forged wheels.
Well of course it is !!! This is Corvette forum where anything is possible. I remember one post stating that they were so good at hole shots that he could put a bone stock C-6 into the 10's.......talk about Koo-Koo for cocoa puffs !!!! But good luck with your runs anyway....

We went to Mason Dixon yesterday and laid down some good passes. Car is still on 100% stock exhaust and 93 Octane and street tuned by me.

I still need to work on the launch. I have to get my technique sorted out and we should see some solid 10s after headers, E85 and Dyno Tune. Car is just a blast to drive!

I would have to say you'll be quick, but not reach your goal with everything you mentioned.

Wait, are you still on the stock cam? Wouldn't a cam ground for WOT and high RPM usage give you some more ooomph on the top end? If you've changed springs, what was the reasoning behind staying with the stock cam? I re-read the thread and I see you are trying to stay "bolt-on", but swapping a cam is about as easy as swapping valves springs. Or at least it isn't too much more work at that point. Even if you didn't go with a massive cam that killed idle, you could probably pick up a few more mph at the top end, which could translate into the 10s.

by the way, massive respect for hitting 11.0 on a nearly "stealth" build. Cool to see.
