Just to confirm this is still on stock cam? E85 tho?

Amazing progress and one hell of a bolt on car!

Yes sir, this was stock cam and stock heads. I just recently purchased a cam to try for 9s cam only....

Went to MIR at the end of November after a serious rain event. They spent half a day drying the facility so it limited us to 3 passes. I had switched to a long runner fast and 102tb on 93 octane for these runs. Air was positive 500 with a lot of water in it. Still a 10.8 so I am not going to complain.

I had Cam motion grind me one and I will be using BTR .660 dual platinum polished springs with titanium retainers.

Are those GTO spares up front? I wasn't sure if those would fit over the GS brakes or not. Trying to put together a budget drag pack myself.

That's damn impressive for stock cam and heads !!!!! 60' is everything for ET
I bet you are giving stock LS7 powered cars some hell
That 4.10 gear helps a lot too, for your launches.

Pretty sure those are big, as in maybe 3", adapters. The GTO spares won't even fit over J55 brakes without big adapters. They just barely clear the calipers on JL9 brakes.

Little update............. Had a titanium retainer fail a couple weeks ago on the dyno. Dropped a valve and luckily it came back in the head bent and stuck. I reached out to GPI and did a little talking and ended up using the 281cc heads and SS4 flycut cam 236/254 .646 .637 111+4. Milled the heads .042 and got .040 gaskets. Compression should be around 11.5:1. Cut the pistons .120 with Lindey tools (super cool guy!) and used a smith brothers trunnion kit, along with Johnson short travel lifters that have axle oiling. We have everything installed and just waiting on Manton push rods and few little odds and ends to get it back together. Going to start the car with the mid runner fast intake and then switch to the LOD on the dyno to see if there are gains to be had. Ill update as soon as I get it tuned........
