Cleaned wheel drums
we had decent weather here yesterday and decided to tackle this chore. after 11k miles/11 yrs. of time, I don’t think either of the previous owners had ever detailed these. any way, after a bunch of elbow grease, Ajax and a good scrub brush,
I think they turned out really well. I put Rejex on the inside and out on the wheels and also on the calipers and hubs (I painted mine black). next on the list is ceramic pads...

Car looks great. But that rag is nasty looking. Oh..its a Buckeye rag! Might want to cover it with an Oklahoma or Iowa towel....

Wheels look great ...
Good ol' Ajax cleanser and a light scrub brush is really the most effective way to clean those inside wheel barrels when they are really filthy.
Good job !

Nice job, now to complete it get your Dremel out with the little barrel brush they have and with some metal polish, shine up those guide pins Simple and makes the calipers look 100%

It is impossible to find those dremel brushes in metal. I found them all in nylon and they disintegrate as soon as you apply them. I tried every known website to man and nobody has them in metal. I took mine out, used a wire wheel on a bench grinder and then clear coated them and put them back. Not as shinny as yours but a hell of a lot better than what they were. I just can't get all the way down in the center with the wire wheel on the bench grinder.
