The problem is when driving at night, the low beams blink intermitently' The dealer tells me they checked the fuse, the relay, checked all the grounds, replaced the fuse block under the hood. They appear to be at wits end they have had the car for 2 weeks. Thanx for any input JAY

If so, they/you should be able to isolate the fault pretty quickly using a fast DMM with a MIN/MAX function such as a Fluke 87. Start at the headlamps and move backwards to the switch (or vice-versa).

How intermittent? If you go for a 15 minute drive, is it likely to blink at least once?

^Yes, you're wrong.

If just one low beam blinks only, then its the lamp or ballast on that side.
If both blink, and the Low beam recall jumper has been installed, then the problem is the light switch on column, a bad connection too the light balists, maybe a weak connection between the upper and lower fuse box during bumps, or could be a problem in the BCM instead.
Hence the left light switch next to the steering wheel does not directly control the lights, but isntead send the signals to the BCM to control the lights isntead.
Hell, if the problem only happens with someone riding in the passenger seat, suspect that the problem is the blue and red connectors to the BCM, with them putting pressure on the carpet enough to cause the connection problem to the BCM instead.
