Goodyear rotatron p24540zr18 ??

Can anyone tell me what kind of tire this is
Goodyear rotatron p24540zr18

This is what the dealer told me are the front tires. Says they are run flats but I googled and searched this site and can't find anything. The car is 500 miles away so...
