$60 for 1 year of XM Select package. I like it for $5 a month, but no more. I only like a few channels. It's nice on a long trip without losing stations.

+1 I’ve done this every 5 months for over 5 years now. I call up and ask for the same deal and the say they can’t and try to get me into a more expensive monthly service. I tell them I only listen to a few channels and if you can’t give me the same deal I will just cancel my service. If the person on the phone can’t do it they transfer me to someone else who can do it.

If your car has the headphone jack in the center console, you can stream from your phone .
IMO, XM sucks and they play games when you want to ditch them. Unless you are looking for something specific, you can find on Pandora, Spotify, amazon music ( if you have prime it’s free!)

I got $25 for 6 months.

My three month free trial just expired. I kinda liked it so I renewed for 5 months/$25. At the end of the five months I would probably re-up for the same deal but I would cancel before I paid the $16 a month they want normally.

just tell them you want the 5 or 6 per month or you will cancel. They don’t want to lose you as a customer and will do it.

Let me ask you guys something...You all are saying $25 for 6 months and with that said cost are you limited to the amount channels and only one vehicle and does that include all the taxes and fees? Also, there is a royalty fee too I guess that's part of fees.?

Hence if you buy the car used from a GM dealer and it has XM in it, the dealer will activate XM for a 6 months free trial.
About the time the 6 months rolls around, you give them a call and play lets make a deal for another 6 months to get their special promo deal, and never use a credit card that they can roll on the full price to the next 6 months or year instead.
The moment that they have an active Credit card number on file to roll into the next subscription period automatically, your going to be hit for full price, isntead of that next promo rock bottom lets make a deal price isntead.

This might be a long shot but worth a try.... I got my stock radio replaced with a pioneer nex avh2330, im not sure how it works if the radio is sirius xm ready. does that mean that the place where i got it installed just plugged it in or would there have to be a special harness to make it work? any info would be greatly appreciated.
