Replacement key cost
I have both my original keys but they are in rough shape. I have one electrical tapped up which works great, looks terrible. Occasionally I get the no fobs unless I press on the key.
Those who have had their fob replaced at the dealer, how much did it run you? Thanks in advance. Mines is 09 if by some chance the keys changed mid year.

The fobs can be purchased for around $225/each. You can program them yourself. I would guess that the dealer will charge you an hour labor if you take it to them.

Before you spend the big $$$$$, you should be able to purchase new cases for them, and transplant the guts from your old fobs into the new cases.
Read this post: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...ase-shell.html
If it's only the case you want, then https://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Remote-...-/272643962110 ($13.12) This includes uncut keys, but you should be able unscrew your existing keys and reuse them.
If you really want the complete fob, then here are two for way less than $225:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/2x-Keyless-...ZZ15Vc&vxp=mtr
Once again, you should be able to reuse your existing cut keys. Just my .02 worth

Thank you for this post. Both of my fobs have seen better days and I have been wanting to replace them since I bought the car back in July last year. I was not aware that you could buy the "shell" and simply swap out the electronics.
I just bought these.
