Even if it was $30k US, who cares? You already bought it and you are happy. I will never understand people throwing out comment like that. Do they just want to make you feel bad??? I just don't see the motivation to tell another person they got a bad deal after the fact. You bought a great car and you are happy. Good for you. You are going to love it.
Oh yeah, and as mentioned earlier, do put a battery tender on it or your battery will be toast after 3 months in storage

I want to get my wife a C-6 for a daily summer driver. Only problem she has a 75 convertible she wants updated with new paint ( 43k miles ) . There are 6 more 1960s models in the garage along with a recent purchase SUV. It is starting to look like a dealership here. A C-6 or 7 is in the near future. Just have to find the right candidate she will like.
How in the world would anyone only have 3800 miles on a Corvette ? I think you got a great deal and a lot of automobile. I can see cans of wax and polishing cloths in your future. Its a gem. The color is fantastic also. I'm partial as we have a red / red 63 coupe.

Congrats from another '05 owner, you will love it. Pay no attention to the naysayers, these cars have way more power than you can use on the streets (legally) for more than a quick rip thru the gears.

If it is going to sit for 3 months look into purchasing a battery tender.
