For a red car, body matched calipers look great, IMO. Actually, most colored cars look good with this.
I would ditch the nose wart, ASAP (yes, I know that was unsolicited, but still good advice). There are plenty of other front plate holders that are less bad, if you have to have one (I do).
Top Flight is among the better of them.

With that color, you have a few options only. Black, color-matched, or silver would be about the only colors that would look good.

Top Flight with a color-matched frame would look good.

Gold with the CRM and chrome wheels.
Probably burnished gold the like the Brembos on motorcycle.
I've considered it for mine but prefer stock. I can't see another color that will look right.

For the love of God, do not paint them gold.

I would do it a matching body color.
You can get the color mixed up and then you are all set. If not I would clean them up and leave them. The standard Red would not look good nor the yellow or blue.

The OEM are almost silver in bare aluminum. Body colors have no contrast and they seldom match the body (which clashes).
Burnished gold offers contrast and class.
I've also got CRM with the chrome wheels. I will very likely keep it OEM, the OEM calipers are burnished silver in color (bare aluminum) it doesn't clash with the chrome and offers decent contrast to body. If I were to change, it would be burnished gold, probably not shiny.
I'd like to see a photo or CRM C6 with gold calipers.
