If it is a photo you have saved on your computer, it is really easy.
Click on "New Thread" or "New Reply" button.
When the text box appears, look for an yellow icon above the text box. It looks like mountains and sun (or moon). Click that icon. In the next box that appears, look for "Browse your device". Click there and find the photo you want from your photo files. Highlite the photo and click "insert".
