i've installed wheel skirts, more flat panels to cover undercarriage gaps, and i even installed high-power HIDs in the fogs so i can drive at night with the headlights down.
it saves a couple mpg on the street & picked up a few mph in the mile events

Okay, a couple MPH in the flying mile is possible. That is probably around a 2% gain, which is significant. Congratulations.
But (BIG BUT), gaining "a couple mpg on the street" is impossible. Reducing overall drag at under 70mph on a vehicle that is already very well designed for that purpose is not going to yield even a "couple tenths MPG" at street speeds (35 to 70, or so).
I would like to see pics of your car and mods. That is a great idea, putting HID into the fogs ports.
I am curious to know what you got up to in the mile. Is it a base, Z, coupe, vert, etc?
Wish I could do a mile run, but there is no facility anywhere near here, as far as I know.

24/33mpg in town/hwy based on the DIC averages reset every time i fill up
trapping the mile mid-way through 6th @ 183mph (about 4000rpm)

I'm interested to know if these stay in pucks fit for the font and rear of the C6 with no clearance issues? I've ran them on my C5 Corvette and they would fit fine in the front but the rears would hit the rocker panel slightly.
Yes, I've had four of them on my C6 for about 12 years. They work fine.
They stick down a little proud of the rockers. A couple times I've driven (slowly) over some questionable speedbumps and brushed the pucks. Better than scraping the bodywork.

I am familiar with that road, having received a citation along that stretch about 7 years ago. Fortunately, I was not in my Vette, and was only exceeding the limit by 14...he wrote me for 10...gee, thanks, occifer...

Be warned: first you buy something and only later will they tell you how much they charged to ship it. There is apparently no way around this. They also like to ship small things in very large boxes, so the shipping charges can be a little high.
as I stated earlier buy your factory Kent Moore tools and tool kits on line.many dealers out there and good supply of used tools and kits.I bought the LS tool kits to work on these cars.there specialty tools and kits make a lot of jobs on these cars so much easier when you have the right tool
