20011 GRAND SPORT brakes squealing
My brakes only squeal when going in reverse.
Well yesterday decided to take my wheels off to clean and decided to pull my calipers and check out my brakes. What I found was a small amount of dirt got in behind the pads..don't have a clue How? Cleaned all pads and calipers and greased the back side of each pad. Cleaned my wheels and put back on. Wow what a difference no more squeal and brakes seem to engage better...just like brand new again. Thanks for reading..keep your brakes cleaned and greased.

Man, a 20011! Is that a C60?
There are a lot of ceramic brake pads that won't squeal if that is a priority to you.

As for solving the problem, pull the pads, take a file to the front and back edges to taper the pad edges again, and then make sure to use Moly grease on the steel to steel parts of the pads to calipers.

Not on a bet, since you are giving up initial bite, feed back, and higher working temp ranges isntead.

You plan on changing pads for track or just using the same pad for street and track?
