Default Maryland Speed

Someone was telling me today that Maryland Speed has been cut off from Kooks? I just ordered a set last week

Maryland has been getting beat up rather regularly in the C5 section...

I can only relate my experience with them.

They installed Bullets on my C7 and treated both myself and my car like gold. Zero problems with their work.

I have been waiting since November on headers/x-pipe and every time I call they say it should be next week lol. It is about time for me to call again. Never again.

I'm guessing I was lucky, Brendan told me 5 weeks and there they were
Took me another 5 weeks waiting for my neighbor to install his lift but what the hell, gott'er done.
The Kooks packaged deal was right on, everything needed, quality clamps and all, fit was good, sounds awesome

There are more than several handfuls of complaints against this vendor in the buyer beware section. Recommend always check there before purchasing.

Maryland Speed is no longer a vendor on the forum. That should tell you something. Brandon will tell you whatever you want to hear to make a sale and charge your cc immediately. You will have to wait many weeks to get your product unless you are extremely lucky. I ordered LG headers from him and they never placed the order with LG as I called them and they said there where no pending orders. We switched the order over to Kooks and I did finally get them shipped but it was like 3 months with no coating or otherwise to slow down the process. If you are willing to wait for the best price, then roll the dice and order.

I have been down this road before with other companies, and I will tell you this is one of the first signs that a company is going out of business. If they close the doors and file bankruptcy, you better hope your cc company will process your refund.

Sorry Maryland Speed You are not worth the risk and thanks to the Board in Not renewing them as a formul vendor. It would also be helpful if the MOD would not move this thread to the vendor feedback area as know one sees those post.

My 2 cents

There are over 20 of us in an email group who all have order placed and have not received anything, some of the orders being 6+ months old, with most being about 2-4 months. Most of us even struggle getting emailed back anymore, and essentially all of us are in the middle of CC disputes. They have been removed as a forum vendor, and you would be wise to start the process of cancelling that order, or getting your money back ASAP.

Went through the same thing with Maryland Speed. Told him I was going to file a dispute and he called me yelling and cursing and telling me that I can't cancel my order per the terms on his site.
He finally cancelled my order but didn't refund my money. A simple call to the CC company took care of that.
Stay away...

I ordered a set of Kooks headers & their X pipe & also had them coated, placed the order around Thanksgiving & after the emails & phone calls, received them in March. If only Branden would be honest with people & tell them that their order delivery date will be dependent upon getting a minimum number of orders for that product so that Maryland Speed will get a discount when they place the order, that may be weeks or it may be months...Their prices are good though

Long story short I ordered The KooKs headers with Catted X-pipe and Halltech package. I ordered those on June 2017. Was told it would be here in 3 to 5 weeks. Received the headers 1.5 months which isn't bad, received the Halltech at 4 months got the credit card company involved before the Halltech shipped which was more or luck than anything. An now I'm still waiting on the catted X-pipe. So it's just over 8 months total and I still don't have my whole order and he said I couldn't cancel it but the CC company refunded me all of my money so the joke is on him. Ain't no fun when the rabbit got the gun. I got my thing with the car situated though.

I ordered LG Headers LG Xpipe and a Billy Boat Bullet axle back waited 4 months never got anything they charged my CC right away I ended up filing a dispute against them and won. From my experience I wouldn't order from this place ever again nor do I recommend anyone else to order from them, unless you don't mind taking a gable and waiting up to 4+months. I ended up having to call LG directly to place my order and I got it in a few days.

Whoa! When were they removed as a vendor? That's news because as recently as a month or two ago, they were still a vendor. Of course, I can look it up, but if they are removed after having been a vendor, that says a lot. It means to me there are at least credible complaints. Too bad, they were on here a long time.

I ordered headers/x-pipe from this ass_ _ _ _ October 16 and got so many promises from his 2 girl office workers, that I filed a dispute w/Mastercard in January and they refunded my $$$. I suggest you all do the same soon, you only have 90 days to file. Ordered from an eBay vendor and received my parts in 5 days! THIS GUY IS A SCHISTER

Are they waiting on discounts to purchase bulk deals or are they behind, using today's money to pay for yesterday's bills?
