I don’t do what a lot of Corvette owners do. Wear Hawaiian shirts and sandals...

Listen to oldies. So I’m not a golf fan either.

I took up golf in 1996 at age 25. I bought my first Corvette in 2004 at age 33. Maybe I'm just an early adopter.

I have a Hawaiian shirt but don't wear it when in the Vette. But I used to wear it when riding my Harley, lol.

I live on a golf course here in Florida.

I would bet that I am one of only a handfull of homeowners here in my subdivision that don't own a golf cart.

But, I get involved indirectly sometimes with the game of golf .... I have had broken windows from golf *****, and about a month ago, I got a nice dent in the truck-lid of my Hyundai Sonata from a poorly hit golf ball.

Pisses me off !

With all this golf talk , makes me wish we could somehow have a CFOT Golf Match Play tournament -- gross only - no handicap sandbaggin BS.

I forget who said it....maybe Casey Stingle (sp) Yogey Bearer (sp again) or somebody like that...but they said....and seems pretty accurate...."Theres only two "TRUE" sports in the world....auto racing and bull fighting, everything else is just a game".....
