Default Tire fitment question

I would like to put C7 Z06 rims with non-runflat tires on my 12 GS stock tire 285/30 ZR 19 and 335/25 ZR 20. I have read that run flat tires would not be an issue but I have not seen anything about non-runflat tires. Any rub issues with this set up with non-run flat tires and would tires extend beyond wheelwell?

Those are the same size wheels/tires that were used on the C6 ZR1 so fitment wont be an issue. I don't think there is really a difference in width between run-flats and non run-flats. The discrepancy I've seen when it comes to width is more brand related, but shouldn't be an issue. I'm running Michelin PSS run-flats in those sizes on 19/20" Centennial Cup wheels on my '12 GS and have no issue with rubbing.

What he said, there’s no difference between the physically measurements of a non runflat vs runflat

I have that set up & there are no issues. I have a had a ridiculously hard time getting Continental Extreme Contact Sports to balance well, however, so I wouldn't recommend those tires.

Some tires have a different ride-height or are rounded in different ways at the edges in a very small way, but should be fine.
