Hi all - Over the years I've gone to Kieth at Courtesy Chevrolet. Not sure he is the best fit for this as its an electrical problem. (Car just dies while driving - as in NO power anywhere - But power comes back within seconds. in fact, I have re-started the car several times as I am coasting to a stop after everything dies).

Any suggestions on who to flatbed it to?

Most intermittent conditions end up in dealerships. They have all the resources necessary. Some dealers are funny about cars over 10 years old. Since car is out of warranty you should call and discuss diagnostic costs particularly if car refuses to cooperate and quit frequently and stay broken long enough to solve. If you have a relationship with Courtsey Chevrolet that is atleast where I would start. They will have records on the car which can't hurt. Allow for for their basic diagnosis 100-150. Then decide
