I found this 2010 at a really good price. Looks nice, has new tires, rims, brakes and rotors. It went in a ditch and they replaced a control arm, and front sub frame assembly that had a dent in it. No mechanical issues from the accident. Hood is a little skewed, but still shuts fine. No major rock chips. They added rear spoiler and front lip.
I see a crack in the rear that I took a picture of. (any idea of cost to repair)
I think I can buy it for $20K OTD, but nervous about the title and how much other damage was caused from the accident.
Thoughts?

That's a rip off for a salvage title car that still has visible damage and misaligned body parts. I'd run quickly away from that. For that kind of money you could get a decent relatively low mile 05-06 with a good title.

Uhhh, sir...that is not a little high. It is ridiculous high. With the damage showing, you have no idea what they decided not to repair that does not show. A good price would be just a tad over actual salvage value, or maybe $11/12K
For $20K, you can find nice, decent, clean title '08/'09 vettes with 60K or so. You will love it, and never have to worry about what was NOT fixed right.

I would not personally entertain any accident vehicle (salvage title) which usually means that the cost to repair the damage exceeded the cars worth.
It also appears that it does still need some $$ to get it to A-1 condition (rear bumper)
Is the undercarriage OK, and was the vehicle able to get a 4 wheel alignment within specs? I would want to see those numbers for sure.
You can likely buy a used bumper, possibly in the same color from a corvette recycler for Approx $400.00
What does the title of this vehicle now state? If it passed DMV inspection after repairs, it should show other than salvaged title. ie: Rebuilt, reconditioned, assembled etc. but that would depend upon the state regulations as well.
It really depends upon what you want to spend on a C6. If $20K is your budget, then this may be the ticket. Some states will not register a salvage title, unless it is inspected by DMV. Since this is from a car dealer, likely that is not the case.
The biggest issue is making sure that you can get insurance on this vehicle. Some insurance companies will not touch a salvage titled car with a ten foot pole. Others may only offer limited insurance.

Even if you do ALL the work yourself, I can't see you being able to sell this and get anywhere near your original money back. This would have to be a labor of love and a car you plan on keeping.

As others have said I'd pass. Plenty of other cars out there for the same money with less issues. Plus when you go to sell it down the road you're going to have a harder time and have to take less money than for a non-salvage one. Just for reference My 07 3LT with 30k miles was totaled out last fall. I could have bought it back for $8500.

whatever you want to pay for it, before you get buy it, take it to body shop with a laser frame table make sure it's all square. Get a thorough inspection.
There must be a reason the body panels aren't straight.

$20k is the price for a good example. This is ridiculous. That much damage makes it a $5,000 car at most. Once you buy it and fix it, you'll never be able to sell it for what you put into it. Pass. Keep looking. There are tons of Corvettes for sale out there. Did I say pass already?
Pass.
Pass.

Replace the bumper cover. Paint new cover to match and blend into the three adjoining panels, each of which needs to be sanded first and re-cleared. Maybe $650 for the cover, $40 for the emblem, plus paint and lots of labor. Good work will be in the thousands.

That seems super high. on youtube there is a guy sam crack restoring a 13 grand sport that he purchased from a salvage auction. Watch some of his videos and see what he is doing. you can do it to if you want and 20 k can go along way there. I have also purchased a few of these cars from salvage auctions and 20 is crazy. i purchased three z06 06,07, and 09 for between 11k-15k and am working on fixing them up. I hope this helps.
