If the back bar of the chassis got bent, it bents the rest of the back end of the chassis parts as well; and the chassis is toast.

The rear fender cover and such items can be replace, but once the chassis is bent, then the insurance company just pretty much totals out the car.

So really, need to get under the car to take a look at the back rear bumper steel parts, and not just at the fender cover and valance parts instead. By yes, if she slammed into you doing 60 with you standing still, you can bank that the back end of the Chassis got bent. Hence the chassis is designed to start bending to soften the impact blow to the car. So the back bumper part may not look bad (l= section), but when you start looking at the chassis just behind the seats section, could be all bent to hell instead.

I would provide your Insurance Co with proof of your mods and let them go after the other Ins Co.
Don't know if you'll collect on the mods or not, but your Ins Co should have an idea if you can or can't.

Hope your OK. Pretty sure your Vette will be totalled.

I feel like I'm going to get screwed in this whole situation I'm most likely going to get a injury lawyer

Sorry about your car, since you were just getting started with the mods. The car can be replaced, but your injuries don't sound like they are anything to just blow off. Neck and brain injuries are no laughing matter, so see a brain and spine specialist ASAP. Get a MRI and MRA too, just to be safe. Problems don't always show their ugly side immediately. The last thing you want is to settle and find a problem afterwards.

Glad you survived. Prepare yourself for some bad news concerning your Vette. With her smashing into you at 60mph while you are standing still its hard to believe it isn't totaled.

Definitely see an injury lawyer. In most cars you wouldnt be here if they took a 60 mph hit. Things pop up later as you start getting back into normal life.

Get to the doctor, then find out about the car, then get a lawyer. Mods? everyone knows you never get your "mod money" out of a car, but maybe the lawyer can help with that, document everything with the lawyer. Just glad your alive. My wife is waiting for a settlement from over a years ago, she still goes to the chiropractor and massage therapist.

See a doctor first, as you could have some real injuries.

Not true, if you have an agreed value (like I do) on your policy you will get every penny you have on that agreed policy providing you show receipts.

Go see a doctor. When I was rear-ended at 55 mph it blew out four discs in my back. Once you see a doctor contact your lawyer.

Glad to hear that you are ok as well. The car can be replaced.

Depending on your insurance or lawyer, it can end up costing you more money to replace your car. The good news on that is that you get a newer car and can do the "mods" to it again.

Bottom line is that it's just a car. Your health is much more important and that cannot be replaced. Get physical therapy too as well.
