The entire facsia is different and practically nothing interchangable, execpt for things like lights.

yes it will fit.thousands out there have done wide body conversions.you can check with forum vendors such as Cultrag on here that sell the kits

If your plan is to just swap literally just the front bumper, it's not going to work. You'll need the fenders too since the Z06/GS bumper is wider than the base.

People force fit them all the time. The issue is that they don't align well with the fenders on the base cars.

There are numerous pictures of the swap floating around via simple Google search. The mismatch between the panels stands out like a sore thumb.

Bottom line....can it be done? Yes Does it look like a hack job? Yes although how much of a hack job does depend on color of the car (ie white or silver tend to hide it better).

OEM Z06 bumper doesn't 'fit' on the base car but you can get an aftermarket Z06 bumper from SSVette that is made to fit with the base model front fenders.

In case you weren't aware, SSVette is highly regarded for their body panels/etc. excellent fit and finish, affordable prices and customer service. They're based in FLA.

It will not fit! You must also change the front fenders to make it fit. The front fenders will not aline with the Z-06 bumper and looks really bad.
