Favorite drive fast songs?
OK, so I was out driving with my girlfriend when AC/DC's Thunderstruck came on the radio. She laughed, rolled her eyes, and then said "Here we go!". AC/DC is my favorite band and Thunderstruck is my favorite driving song. After we got home, it got me to thinking, what are my favorite driving songs? Her favorite is Kick-start my heart by Motley Clue. I also like Fuel by Metallica and More Human than human by White Zombie. What say you, fellow Vette nation? Give me some ideas!

Ceremony, Joe Satriani.
(Satriani's "Why" is the "theme song" for my homebuilt Rutan VariEze airplane "Dreamland " ... not exactly fast, but great for Wing Overs, Chandelles and Full Rolls.)

Another vote for "I Can't Drive 55" as all time best driving song.
Second favorite has be "Life's been good" by Joe Walsh. You, know, "My Maserati does 185, I lost my license now I don't drive. "

Thunderstruck is such a great car song. It also is played in the movie "Battleship", and just rocks.
Paint It Black (Stones),
Sweet Emotion (Aerosmith),
Rock of Ages (Def Leppard),
Radar Love (Golden Earring)
Runnin' Down a Dream (Tom Petty)
so many others

Regarding Joe Satriani ... NOT A SONG??!?! Since when does "song" require lyrics? Every band I know has an "instrumental" among the songs on every album. But hey, no biggie ...
