It's a 2LT, one owner, the interior looks a little cooked, gives me a "just a car" feeling instead of being loved by its owner.

It may have F55 which is the magnetic shocks suspension. There will be a round **** on the center console in front of the arm rest if it does have F55. It may also have NPP exhaust which is "dual-mode". You can tell it does if there are "valves" on the inboard pipes. This is usually an option that most people like especially when they get a Mild 2 Wild switch to control it manually.
Last November I paid $31.5k for my 13 GS 60th anniversary with auto and above options, 46k miles. It did require some work as the previous owner ran into the headlight with something and put narrow tires on the rear.
Tires are one cost, about $1-1.5k a set. May be cheaper, may be more expensive. Run flats or not? A/S or summer?
You can get an extended warranty GMEPP if you like. Make sure engine has never been tuned if you do that though. Look at damage under the car as some people can't drive low cars. You will need to change the coolant if it hasn't been already (5 Years), probably good to change rear axle/tranny fluids. May need new front brakes. Cars are pretty solid overall.
Don't let the dealer convince you it is a 60th anniversary unless it has a blue interior though.
If it is a 4LT then $36k is is decent, probably ask for $34k. Even loaded low mileage ones are around $40k now.

The car in that picture is not a 60th anniversary car. The 60th anniversary package has a arctic white exterior with a blue diamond leather-wrapped interior with suede accents. For 2013, all Corvettes will feature 60th Anniversary badges on the fascias and the “waterfall” panel on convertible models, as well as 60th logos in the instrument panel gauge cluster and on the sill plates. Thats were your getting confused.

People like to call all 2013s 60th anniversary. The 2013 with the anniversary package is white with a blue/suede interior and a different spoiler than what that car has. If it has that then it is a 4LT overall package. 4LT is full leather interior which can be in different colors otherwise. Does it have heated seats, if so it is at least a 3LT. 1lt is "base". 1LT vs 4LT can make a difference in price.

I responded after you posted the interior pics. It is a 2LT, $36k is stretching it a bit and you can find lower mileage/3LTs in that range. But if you really love the car then maybe $30-32k. It does look "rough" though. You can look on autotrader to get a good idea on prices. It depends on your market also. CA cars always seem to be more expensive for example.

Back in Nov, I picked up my 2012 Inferno Orange Metallic GS, 1LT, 6-speed with less than 30k miles for $34.7. The interior in the photos looks not well-cared for, and if that front plate holder is screwed into the front fascia, I wouldn't give it a second look. Personally, there are a lot of lower mileage GS's out there for the same or less $$
