Jean shorts are a must as are pleated khakis and comfortable walking shoes. I've never seen earplugs mentioned, get ones that match the shorts.
Joking aside, nice car. Best advice was mentioned in few posts already. Drive it and enjoy it. Don't spend too much time worrying about some of the issues you see people going on and on about here. If you have a specific problem with it, this is a great place to find others that have encountered similar issue. Just don't go down the rabbit hole that is this forum looking for issues that aren't there.

You done good. Like the color and the cross drilled brakes. Always liked those rims as well. Change oil ahead of time and change out brake fluid every five years. Biggest problem you will have is getting the smile off your face every time you drive.

Mine is a 2008, Not sure of the spoiler. I haven't seen the same style anywhere poking around the forums here. It looks slightly like the zr1 except mine goes down along the body a little further. I wasn't sure what to expect as I purchased my car sight unseen but in person it looks very sharp on the car and really completes the rear end.

Just the intermittent airbag light that many on here seem to be experiencing. I tried the connector under the driver seat and that didn't fix it so this weekend I'm going to take the passenger seat out and try that connector before bringing it to the dealership and paying an insane price to have it fixed.
