Traded in the 93
Enter the 2011 Grand Sport! We loved our 93' Quasar Blue convertible for a little over 10 years and traded it in with 19,000 miles. This Grand Sport is night and day different. I knew when I test drove one last summer I had to begin the search. I found this one owner 13,000 mile 3LT about 150 miles away and absolutely love it!!!

Very nice. Sharp car.
I also went from a C4 (1996 CE) to a C6 with silly low mileage. Night & day.

Thanks everyone. Drove the 93' about 1100 miles per year. One 600 mile trip to Carlisle and some weekend short drives, occasionally a 50 mile round trip to work. I am driving this thing every chance I get! I wasn't sure about the hash marks, but they are growing on me and I like the rest of the heritage package. The only thing it seems to lack that I wish it had was the dual mode exhaust. I have been lurking on the C6 (general and for sale) threads for quite awhile. The C6 is far and away my favorite when it comes to style and Corvette heritage. C7 drove nicely, but I love the C6! I appreciate your kind words. - Matt

We did much the same thing -
Got our '95 coupe in 2006, drove it for eight fun filled years (nearly 40k miles), and then sold it to move up to a C6.
We bought our GS in the same great color that you picked out, and drove it home from Dallas to Norther Illinois. We've had it for just over four years, and we've put 25k on it. It's a great road car! I hope you enjoy yours as much as we've enjoyed ours!

Wow, talk about Grand Sport twins! For the exterior it looks like just the wheels. Sharp looking C4 as well. I am building a new 3 car garage next year to replace my sorry excuse of a 1 car garage. I may have to pattern it after yours!
