Just reading through this thread, seems like there WAS a lot of angry (or jealous) people commenting, glad it's back on track. I'm not a big C7 guy but sometimes you see one that just looks right, looks like you got one of those...beautiful car, good luck!

Thanks Rob, my only intention was to say goodbye and thanks to everyone on the C6 forum. Maybe my attempt at some humor or the way I said it was confusing and misunderstood by some? And of course I'm the type that has to fire back so that makes it even worse. I'm glad it's back on track also.

We traded yesterday. 16 Z06. Car is a BEAST. I assume that maybe 90% of you don't really care and the other 10% are probably glad to see me go. But I do thank all of the C6 folks on this forum for posting information. A lot useful and some not so but I did learn and was always entertained. Special thanks to a few who helped me solve a couple of issues I had. And know that even though I'm in a C7 now if we meet on the road I will give you the "Corvette wave". Now I need to figure out how to change my forum handle.

Congrats, that’s a great looking ride and a beast of a machine. Gotta say black with the clear tail lights works for me. Enjoy!

Enjoy the beast. It is a beauty but when you push that pedal that baby is a beast.

That C7 appears very impressive. Enjoy your new ride. As for the DARK SIDE thats not entirely true. I often visit and post over there being a Z06 guy. What better way to keep up too date. We are all in the Corvette Family. Again ...enjoy....

Congrats! After a few miles in the seat, I'd like to know a real comparison to the C6. I've wondered about upgrading myself.
