I’m resisting any and all premature/fake Springs...last year on April 16th we got dumped on with a PILE of snow when on April 15th we had bare ground. On average our last day of snowfall is April 12th. Though I’m pining and hoping for having our Vette on the road May 1st. Here’s crossing my fingers!

But at least with Spring snows, you know it's only a matter of a short time and the snow will all go away.. Unlike late Fall snow storms where it's going to be hanging around for the next 5 months...
My car is still sleeping under a quilt, plugged in to life support (a battery tender) waiting for the ice on the gravel driveway to melt and dry out. The roads are free of snow and ice now, but some rain would be nice to wash some of the sand away.

Waiting for a good rain to wash off the winters supply of road salt & sand is what I wait for as well.

Burning Brakes
We have had several rains since any salt was applied. 2 or 3 nice sunny days coming. 10 day outlook doesn't look bad so today or tomorrow will get my C6 Vert out of storage.

Unfortunately a change in plans so getting out of storage may have to wait.

Northern Lower Michigan.
I uncovered and took our 06 vert off the wheel Dolly’s, started up just beautifully. Idled her for several minutes and revved her up a bit to hear that ROAR! Needed my fix. Now I’ve time to detail her out to a mirror glow.
OMG!!! What a gorgeous vert!
BEAUTIFUL!
