Another Small Project Completed
A couple of weeks back I wrapped the door button bezels; today I decided to try and tackle the window button bezels. Do to how they are shaped, turned out to be a little more difficult, especially the smaller passenger side one. but I manage to get them done. Took two attempts to get the driver's side one right; three to get the passenger side one. Not perfect, but I think the turned out pretty good and look much nicer.

if I want to get frustrated I try **** like this....if I wrapped it I can guarantee you it would have a wrinkle....I suck at stuff like this and it drives me crazy

Very nice!! Years ago when this stuff first came out I was practicing on a bunch of stuff like light switch covers and random useless crap. I totally forgot about it! This looks really subtle and nice. May have to try it in the near future.

I also started on relatively small, flat stuff, to include the light switch in my garage and have been slowly moving to more complicated pieces. You should give it a try. The nice thing about the door bezels is they pop in and out relatively easily and they are small. Additionally, if you can't get them the way you want, you can simply rip the wrap off and pop them back in; but if they turn out, which I'm sure they will, they do make a very subtle, but nice difference

Any specific place you recommend buying the wrap from?

Haha nice to hear I wasn’t the only one that started on simple pieces like that! Glad to hear they pop in and out easily (I just bought my first Z a couple weeks ago so I’m new to the car). I’ll have to give this a try because it’s a nice subtle upgrade for sure.
