Yep. Was up there couple weeks ago. Beautiful area. More often, we go to Mt. Mitchell a few times in the summer. It's like stepping into one of those walk-in beer coolers at the convenience store.

That's a good analogy. That area by Mt Mitchell and Craggy Gardens is almost always cold. One section there is called Little Canada or Little Quebec (forgot which one), and of course there is Little Switzerland where they have that nice restaurant.

I grew up in this area and did not realize just how beautiful this place was. After traveling the world I realized just what a beautiful place this is.
