Front splash guard recommendations on GS?
Need to pickup some splash guards pretty quickly for my 2010 Grand Sport. APSIS is recommended, I've found some pretty questionable online reviews though which make me question them. But I know a few folks here have first hand experience with them explicitly on splash guards and that makes me less concerned.
Any other brands I should check out for front splash guards? I have noticed in photos that some of them do not add much extension. It would seem that if you're going to install these you'd want a decent amount of extension to fully protect from rocks being thrown.
Definitely welcome thoughts and recommendations.

APSIS is the only choice for the widebody splash guards...……. some of the reviews deal with needing to drill a hole to mount them, and other's relate to the size...….. larger than some other's may have expected...…….. if you want protection, they are the only alternative to installing side skirts

I have the standard guards on mine but with running boards (side skirts) that give excellent protection.

Unfortunetly, GM only makes available the front wheel splash guards for the base model C6s ... and they fit perfectly, and are reasonably priced.
To this day, I could never understand why GM never made these available for the wide-fendered Z06 / GS.
And that's why if you want a set of aftermarket front wheel splash guards for your Z06 / GS, you are going to have to pay out the *** for them from the aftermarket (ie: Apsis)

I now have my APSIS splash guards. They only came with two screws per side. That seems like it's not enough? Anyone done more screws than this or is two adequate? I've asked APSIS and gotten no reply.

I had them on my car and took them off, I personally just didn't care for the way they fit And I got the deal of the century from member RKJ427. Having said that I would never pay what they want for a pair of plastic flares, but that's just me

I'm not paying that kind of cash either for my GS
I guess I am lucky that I have no paint damage at all from not having front splash guards on my GS.

I have Clear Coat minor damage (tiny chips or spots) below and slightly
aft of the Gas Door.....
Could my front tires possibly be throwing debris in that area ?????

I put the Apsis "wide" front splash guards on my brand new 2010 GS and now over 34,000 miles rear quarters are excellent! they ain't cheap, but they are much cheaper than paint repair!!!

Did you use only the two screws for each one?

Overall nice fit and the looks are okay. The inside that faces the tire does get a lot of road abuse and I use BACK TO BLACK to touch up.
