Those pics should justify attorney fees + damages if you have proof that she did it.

FWIW, I have seen worse damage done the same way, repairs were done and you would never know it......done somewhere here in Pinellas county

Lots of damage around here lately... I'm a victim today as well.
Today my windshield broke the fall from a construction truck in oncoming traffic that left a rock fly... and I deploy in 24 hours. Every time before I deploy some "accident" happens.

I fully assume the repair will be "good as new". The damage will come from CarFax reports when I sell it. I, myself, would never buy a car that was reported to be in an "accident"... no matter how small.

For a private party sale, if you have lots of "before" (damaged) and "after" (immediately after the repair) pics, and if you have the bill(s) for the repair and they are reasonable, some private buyers who know the type of car that you have can be pretty reasonable.
To minimize the "lost value," keep lots of pictures and keep all the records of the repair. And even though you're spending "the insurance company's money," it pays to shop around and get the best repair you can (first priority) at a reasonable price. If someone is willing to look beyond the CarFax report, then the bill for the repair is the next place they want to look. Don't let the insurance company overpay because you think it's not your money.
