Default Sun visor lights

I purchased some LED replacements for the stock sun visor lights. Having a difficult time figuring out how to change them out. I see the bulb is tucked into a plastic white socket but the way the bulb is positioned I can't see any good way to grab it and pull it out. Does anyone have any ideas?

I did a search on youtube and was only able to find one video and he uses a metal curved pick. He mentions a flat head screw driver would work but I tried that and it didn't work for me. Any ideas?

These are the only bulbs I haven't gone LED with (I never use that mirror / light anyway), but lets see what it looks like. Got any pics?
