Doesn't matter how long you've used it. It's what fob number it was programmed as to the car. If you'll look at your owner's manual, it should tell you that.
I had the exact same thing that i noticed after I swapped radio and though that was it, is exactly what others said, it's the fob, I was using other fob, use different fob, all will be fine

I took both FOBs to the car and the options worked fine. Of course since I had both of them together I don't know which was the good one. I just took all of you guys advice and switched to the other FOB. Thanks for all the help!!!!

Take only 1 fob into the car and try the options button. If it works, label the fob somehow so you'll know which one works the options. If options don't work, label the other fob instead.
