I just want to give everyone a heads up regarding these lights. I was sold on these lights and had a pending order until I discovered that the "L" shaped light is NOT the DRL. The DRLs are actually the amber lights on the outside of the lights. The "L" shaped light is actually the parking light and only comes on with the headlights or when exterior lights are on.

I feel as if the pics were deceiving, but I in no way blame any of the vendors. They worked with what they had.

This might not matter to some, but I know it really soured me on the purchase. I'm not trying to stop any sales, but I want to give everyone a heads up because I know I would appreciate it.

Frankie, you have PM.

Nothing on your car is a DRL currently unless it's programmed that way. So all we have to do...well I won't give away what we have to do, but when we install them, we'll be able to do more with the lights than what you are describing.

Fixed what you mentioned, but what do the vast majority of customers do who are not going to have them installed by you? Can you provide info via PM?

So we will for sure be able to have the white "L" as the DRL?

Unless I'm missing something I can't see why this would be difficult for us to overcome

I am the only one in the US that currently has this set. There is only one distributor for these headlights.

Hmmm, did you do a wrap on your car? Was it yellow before?

And no, that's incorrect on the second part.

Have you seen the Daytona Sunset Orange with the blacked hood. That's my car. Nobody else has these right now. That's why you are waiting.

Just curious, is the "L" on your headlights set up as DRL on your setup or not? If so, was it easy to set up as DRL??

I ordered a pair under the impression that the "L" were already set up as DRL........I'm going to be more than bummed if this is not the case and if I can't get them set as DRL

Not sure what you're saying, the very first post shows a yellow car with these lights installed and operational. we even posted more photos of the tail lights.

Let's keep it to the PMs ok?

These are the DRL that happens when plug and play .. There are 2 sets of wires that run out the back. I know one runs the sequence turn and the other the L LED .. I

O.K. I did re-read another post on these lights and it states that the AMBER Sequential lights (Blinkers) on the outer edge are the DRL's. The "L" shaped light comes on with Parking and/or Headlights. I really thought and was hoping the "L" shape was the DRL. Kinda Bummed about that.
May have to rethink purchase unless this can be made to work so that "L" shape is DRL, and Amber are simply turn signals/parking lights.
