Some good news to report, 3 units made it out today, tracking should be in the inbox.
First install will be done on Monday. Full video production by Sat/Sunday (maybe sooner).
We took a video today of the headlight, it's not out of adjustment, just the angle we took the photos.
Any questions?

Are you able to confirm 1000% the DRL functionality?
Looking forward to the video.

Mine are set to arrive today! Unfortunately it looks like there is signature confirmation required which will cause a couple days of delay because I'm not home during delivery hours.
That part is a bummer.

Why does the "L" shaped DRL appear to be flickering when the turn signals are on? It happens twice after the first time it's enabled. It shuts off and then comes right back on. It only does it twice too. Not the first time they are enabled or last.
Doesn't look like it's fading either like the other video you showed.

All hands on deck, full install finished. Sorry will get back to the 20+ PMs we have and do our best to answer everyone.
In the meantime, please enjoy this very limited video - another one is to follow later today.
There are a total of 3 of these:
But unfortunately, if you view it through a URL web link you'll only see one, login to your instagram and go to @umnitzaphotos - more videos will be released later.
What has been confirmed:
1) DRL are with harness provided free of charge, requires minimal work and operates the "hockey stick" at full 100% output.
2) DRL hockey stick are dimmed in parking light mode.
3) DRL for the amber turn signals that are OEM are still present and require a manual "OFF" to disable once the car is in reverse or drive - this is no big deal ultimately.
4) Installation requires minimal overall difference between standard headlight lens replacement video installation
Found earlier in this thread but if you want, we can link it again later.
5) The lights product more light than stock on low and high beam (though full Lumen testing will have to wait til night fall - we'll try to get a pattern tonight as well with Todd).
6) The gasket on the lights is more than sufficient for the fit.
7) OE plug and play is a fact, very simple.
More to follow.

First, so out of the box, the DRLs are NOT the white L shaped light? What are the required steps for the harness?
Second, the third point confuses me. Are you saying the amber turn signals stay on with the DRLs? We were previously told they only came on with turn signals and hazards. Please clarify this point.
I don't blame you, but this is somewhat frustrating. Despite all the confirmations, there was a part of me that figured these would not work out of the box like we were told.

The DRL L shaped lights are unfortunately not very bright to be considered a DRL as in the c7. Those suckers are noticible half a mile away on c7.
In the sun i mean. In the shade they are more noticable but not bright enough???
Bummer .i did order the set
if the factory going to make the led bar leds way brighther in the next batch i’d rather wait for the next batch Umnitza. #16 here

Slightly confused with points 1 and 3.

This is the case as well with these.
They have a secondary setup that allows the "L" to operate as full DRL mode in full brightness as a separate and very simple install. So you won't have to deal with the "L" and the turn signal being on at the same time, unless you want that.
They have turn signals (sequence or standard) and hazards (also sequence of standard).
the DRL is really bright when on by itself, unfortunately, I didn't direct Todd properly to not turn off his lights while the video was being done. We'll get more tomorrow.

At this time I bleieve all the units are boxed and ready to be put on the container...but we'll get more details shortly.

The amber was always set up with power to the 4th pin on the connector for DRL from the factory. the 4th wire is the turn signal on stock headlights.
This is the case as well with these.

This "secondary setup" just sounds like your harness. Not secondary setup like changing from sequential to static signals. So you're providing this harness to everyone who purchased from you at no charge, correct? I'm just curious how involved this harness is and how clean it will look .

I think you'll find this version of the DRL hockey stick is more than bright enough for DRL operation.
here's one more video - ignore the crappy drone flying - running low on battery.

Not at this time, but they are easily adjusted from the back without removing them.
Isn't azimuth adjustment usually used for phonograph players (or audio in general) never heard of that used for headlights, cool reference
