The glass is available as a separate part from GM parts. I replaced the auto dimming heated mirror glass in ours a couple of years ago sourcing it through the parts department of my local dealer. The mirror glass comes mounted on a base that incorporates the pivot and attaching points sockets for the regulator motors.
