Others may be able to tell you what all those codes mean but I know when I was shopping for mine, I wanted the Z51 (larger crossed drilled rotors, suspension upgrades, xtra coolers, ect..) and NPP (duel performance exhaust) - yours doesn't have those but it does have F55 which is Mag ride which is a nice option to have.

Looks to me like an '05 with A4, 1SB (same options as 3LT in later years), mag ride, Bose 6 disc radio, no NAV, Machine Silver, Cashmere interior.

I will add convertible to the above.
This is an example of a VIN for a 2006 Corvette Coupe:
1 G 1 Y Y 2 6 U 3 6 5 1 0 0 0 0 1
There are 17 characters. Starting with first character on left the codes are:
1. "1"= Built in US
2. "G"= General Motors
3. "1"= Chevrolet
4. Denotes the car line: Corvette is a "Y" body.
5. Provides more info about the car:
Usually a "Y" but the ZR-1 is "Z"
6. Body style: "1" = FRC, "2" = Coupe, "3" = Convertible
7. Restraint code
8. Engine:
L98="8"
LT1="P"
ZR1="J"
LT4="5"
LS1="G"
LS6="S”
LS2=”U”
LS3=”W”
LS7=”E”
9. Check Digit – 0 to 9 or X
10. Model year:
"B" thru "N" are yrs '81-'92 respectively
"P"='93
"R" thru "T" '94-'96
"V"='97
"W"='98
"X"='99
"Y"='00
"1"='01
“5”=’05
“6”=’06
“7”=’07
“8”=’08
11. Plant: Bowling Green = "5"
12-17. Production sequence number that starts with the #1 for each model yr.

You picked up on it,,,,
Thank you for picking up on the 6 disc CD, I did not get that, just a single disc CD. I think the NAV unit deleted the 6 disc and replaced it with a single. I should have stated that in the post that that was what I was I looking for. Damn it GM!

U2K means that the car came with XM radio, but may not be active since the XM module may need to be updated by sirus. If you got the car from a GM dealer, then they should have pulled the module to send it to sirus if it needs to be updated, and given you a free 6 months subscription to Sirus from the start as well.
To car is a convertible, so at least is did not come with a XM wart on the back of the roof!!!!
If you did not get the car from a GM dealer, and do want XM radio, then instead of jumping through hoops to get the module updated if need, just pull the water fall cover between the seats, remove the old XM module and install a GM-SIRI in it place. The GM-SIR1 will come with a new connector that makes the swap a plug and play kind of thing, and is already updated to work with sirus. To active, just bring up the GM-sir1 serial number on the radio, and give it to sirus when you get a subscription.
Note, if you still have the old xm module in the car, you can call sirus with its serial number from the radio read out, and they can tell you if its been updated or not. The glitch is they will not do the upgrade for free out side of a GM dealer, so it just cheaper to replace the module with a GM-SIR1 instead. Hence if you check around, can find the GM sir1 kits for around $60.
If you don't want XM radio, then still remove the water fall cover between the seats still, and disconnect the XM module connectors. Hence the module can cause problems, and best to disconnect if your not using it instead.

FWIW, the 1SB was the highest trim level available in '05.

Yup, my nav-less '05 had the in-dash 6 disc. I think that was the only year for 6 disc. My nav-less '11 has a single cd.
