This only happens when im at lets say dead stop and when i lightly apply brakes to move forward the car shakes while moving forward. This never happens when regularly braking. Had brand new ceramic pads installed last year and the guy never mentioned rotors being bad which they look more than fine to me

You could have a tire that has a separated wire inside.. Road force balance your wheels.

FS truck that does the same thing occasionally . Not the rotors
Been that way for yrs on/off I ignore it.

I guess il ignore it but idk sometimes when i press brake pedal hard i get service active handling.
