More for cruising than driving fast, but:
Pretty much anything by ZZ Top but especially "I'm bad, I'm Nationwide", "Mexican Blackbird", "Driving While Blind" and "I Gosta Get Paid".
Driving fast:
Stevie Ray Vaughan - "Scuttle Buttin'" and "Rude Mood"
Motorhead's cover of "Run Run Rudolph"
Junior Brown's version of "409" (Backed up by the Beach Boys)
Paul Thorn - "It's a Great Day to Whup Somebody's ***" Not so much a driving song as a traffic song that plays in my head whenever somebody cuts me off.
And speaking of traffic, Junior Brown's "Hang Up and Drive".

Another sign that I’m getting old, you just named several of my son’s favorite bands. Lol. He also loves Avenged Sevenfold who did a cover of Pantera’s “Walk”. He and a buddy are going to see Avenged Sevenfold, Prophets of Rage, and Three Days Grace in concert in Cleveland in early August. That should be a good show.

"Cult of Personality"- Living Colour.
" Born to be Wild"- Steppenwolf & also covered by Slayer ( Yeah, it's heavy ! \m/ \m/ )
"Stranglehold" is good, but It doesn't make me want to speed.
Here are some that I like; " Thunderkiss '65" -White Zombie
"Paranoid" -Black Sabbath
"Digging the Grave"- Faith No More
"Zero"- Smashing Pumpkins
Mostly anything by Slayer, a few others that I can't think of at the moment.
