Default Custom painted radio bezel



Let's hear your opinion. My wife and I like the contrast in our 05 base Vette. It was a lot of work, but it was worth it.

Nice job, I also hated the silver finish!
I hope what you used doesn't peel from the heat, in your area.

So far no problem. 2 weeks of 100 degree weather. I also cleared it 4 times.

Walmart for the primer and flat black. Also the cupboard liner for patern.Autozone for silver flake.

This may sound crazy but I replaced the center console/radio bezel on my 2006 with a newer one out of a 2009. I had the original in the basement laying around and took some bed liner spray and sprayed a few coats over the silver color. I was actually pretty amazed as to how much better it looked over the silver original finish.

I can try and post some pictures later if anyone wants to see it.
