Hello!

I am looking to buy my first corvette which will be a C6. I am not a huge fan of the front end and want to know if there are any good custom front bumpers that others know about or have installed. I really like the Geiger front bumper but can't seem to find it anywhere to buy.

I too like the Geiger front bumper, this one in particular it still retains the C6 look but have really cool fog lights but cannot find it. I called Geiger but there was a major language barrier.

This was the US distributor for Geiger parts but haven't heard anyone having much luck with him.

What a shame because that is a very good looking front bumper.

I really like the Duraflex Stingray front bumper, but I haven't heard too many good things about Duraflex quality.


You might check with Ivan Tampi Customs - he does FANTASTIC work for the C7. I can only find this example of his C6 rear bumper, but if you give him a call, he may still do custom C6 work.


And just to give you an idea, here's one of his custom bumpers for the C7:

Got some info for you. I reached out to the company that makes it and they said it is a little expensive to ship from Germany about $800 including the cost of the bumper. Here is the link they gave me. Also here is the contract info of the person I talked to. The bumper is alot more than I expected but it's possible to get it. They also mentioned that if is wider than the stock bumper so if you have a base model then you need the wider fenders.

The problem with the above ^ bumper is that the splitter loks like it is molded into the bumper. If you happen to damage it (which is very easy to do) you just cant slap on another one.
