Why not the first letter of the seven words you can't say on TV?

Wow, interesting but pretty esoteric. It would take a few stop lights to figure that one out.
BTW, is there any re-set or other such function on the HUD? I have no idea what I did, but my HUD went away yesterday. I sat in the car today with the owner manual in my right hand and played with the Mode, Page. Up. Down, Plus, Minus buttoms with my left for a half hour but could not get anything to appear. Any thoughts?

To Trebor 8008 and Ferengi, I have a bumper sticker (well, actually it goes on the rear window) which says "Ferengi School of Business" on the vette. Talk about "in jokes".

P.S. also have Romulan Military Academy on my truck, right next to "We don't dial 911 we dial .223".

I rarely see other Corvettes, but did Saturday when I went to "the big city."
I was stopped behind a C7 and the plate said (as I recall) CRZYFST, or close to that. Then at the next red light I was turning right, and as he waited I passed him, it was a Z06.
Saw a couple other Vettes, walked past a Maserati in a parking lot, and some other wild machine on the road, have no clue what it was but it looked European, expensive, and fast.

I've never understood vanity plates. Who reads them? Nobody except other people who have vanity plates. Or if I'm behind someone and I happen to look at their plate (which I don't do very often).
The message usually is not self-evident. It must be dissected and then re-figured, usually with a number (8) mixed in somewhere. I don't want to waste brain cells figuring it out; I don't have that many left. The five or ten seconds I stare at one I want back, but I can't get it back. I've got more productive things to think about. So that's what I do. Daydreaming is more productive.
I hope nobody complains about their extra cost. You are CHOOSING to give the DMV more money than they require. The required amount is insulting enough, I sure as hell am not going to "donate" more.
But, carry on.
