The FULL loop on the Dragon & Cherohala
We went this past Tuesday since the weather was ideal. Absolutely no traffic from 1000 - 1100. Nothing but us and the pro photographers waiting for things to pick up a bit. We started off with the statue at Deal's Gap on the NC side and drove through the TOTD, had pizza in Vonore TN and continued on to the Cherohala Pkwy and home..It's a full day for us from 0830 to 4:00 P.M but still a lot of fun. The Atomic Orange really 'pops' in the sun.

we drove the Dragon about five years ago in the C5. Stayed at Fontana Resort. Enjoyed it all. This time it’s the complete Skyway/Dragon loop, including that stop for a glass of wine at the Snowbird Lodge. Wonderful valley view from their terrace. Then off to Biltmore for a tour of the grounds (and maybe a tour of the house too, did that a while back).
If you’re in that area again and you enjoy craft beer visit Nantahala Brewing in Bryson City. Old railroad warehouse converted into craft brewery. Fun stop.
BTW love the Atomic Orange color. We’re Lemans Blue and we love it too.

Great pics. Love those roads. We drive them every year on the way to Florida.

Now that makes it a fun drive! Wow, you have the best of both worlds. We were in Lee County a few winters ago. So nice! We are going to the Cape as well in the future. My C6 came from the Orleans area, owned by a dealer in Hyannis.
