How fast a ZR1 does the 0-186 mph?
Hi guys this is my first post here! 
I was looking all over the internet for some performance stats of this car. But couldn't find any reliable source of information. But then I found this forum. 
Do you guys know how fast a ZR1 does the 0-186 mph?

I believe a bone stock C6 ZR1 will run about 175 mph at the Texas Mile so 186 will take a bit more than that. There are a couple of Forum members who have done the TM with a ZR1 so hopefully they'll chime in.

Just curious, why that particular number? Most people ask about top speed, 0-60, 0-100, but why 0-186?

Quick is a time term, as in hours, minutes, years, etc.
Since there are no distance standards to get from 0 mph to 186 mph, no one measures the time required either.
Here are the 5 quickest bone stock C6 ZR1's that run the 1/4 mile drags on this forum, along with their terminal speeds.
As you can see, the time doesn't match speed.

If sparty had included where he was from, the 186mph might have rung a bell with me. In any case, 0-186 would probably take the Speed Flats to do correctly. It could be done on a big oval, but the required banking also accelerates the speed coming out of the turn, which would make the time somewhat invalid.
