Fast 102 intake

Fast 102 intake
Just got headers and cam put on my c6. Looking to increase Hp, was thinking of getting ported Fast. Is this a waste of money or what? Heard a lot of mixed reviews.

If you have an LS2, it's one of the best bolt on upgrades you can do, dollar for dollar, and the FAST intake will definitely make a difference across the entire powerband. On an LS3, the stock intake design is much better so it barely makes a difference.

Ive had mine on my LS2 for a few weeks now. I didn't port it just put in on as is. Very happy with it, butt dyno approves, I just have a canned diablo but will get a proper one done in the spring, my installer said that if I went with their fuel rails (which I wanted for eye candy) it would require some tweaking so I just used the factory lines, engine covers can then be put back on too. I was surprised that it did NOT come with new gaskets aside from the one for the throttle body, so I had wait a few days to get another set, if your gonna spend the money on it I'd get new ones anyway. I give it a thumbs up.

Love mine. Just the ported FAST and a set of LG Pros dyno'd 402/407 on my 2005 M6 with a conservative tune from my programmer.
He said he could probably squeeze out slightly more.....but liked where the A/F tracked at.
Also said there was no need for a larger TB when I asked him about it.
Car drives Like a completely different animal.

I've had a FAST on my LS2 with FAST fuel rails and K&N drop ins. Car is also cammed and she moves pretty good. People will say the fast fuel rails will leak but I've put 10,000 miles on mine and not so much as a drip checking every Friday like clockwork. Leads me to believe it's installer error.

Had the car dynode couple weeks now and I was on the highway driving about 80 mph. went to accelerate but car wouldn't, pumped the accelerator a couple times and it accelerated. Didn't get bad gas and it wasn't low. Don't know if it had to do with the tune but this worries me. A week later same thing happened again. Anybody experience this? What should I check? about 65K miles.
