Hi! Usually I stalk the C3 section and occasionally ask things. My dad recently decided to get himself a sportscar, and ultimately went with a modded C6 corvette. He really enjoys the car, and wants to know if there's any other C6 owners in the Marietta area (Atlanta) that are on the forum. He's also curious about replacing the stereo system to a more modern one. Here's some photos of his new automobile.
What I know has been done to it: Supercharger.. not sure if just kit or motor though (maybe someone could chime in?) Corsa performance exhaust... and a new hood.
Funny thing is - we're about to leave on a vacation, Dad kept telling himself he wouldn't get the car until after, but yesterday, decided he HAD to get it. He's debating on making an account here, and is certainly enthralled by the corvette!

Tell him to STOP debating and become a forum member. He can learn a lot by asking a lot on this forum. But, he may not want to. Becoming a member can lead to some serious spending on even more mods he will be inteoduced to. But it is soooo fun!!!

I'm not sure, as I can't look at the car in person right now (left for vacation) but from the other pictures my dad took, it doesn't appear to show up? It might be an optical illusion, but there might also be something up with the rubber sealing. When I get a chance, I'll take a look.

Looks like the bumper cover is possibly a little high which is hiding the seem in that view. Just my guess

Or its possible that the bumper wing has popped off the plastic screw on the fender. Its a random issue with the C6. OP - take a closer look when you get back to the car. Take some close up pics and post if needed. You can do a search on Google for C6 bumper wings and you will return threads on this site that explains what the issue is. Nice car either way. Your dad will enjoy it.
