Still own my 2008 coupe that was born in October, 2007, and purchased in November of the same year. Won’t sell it as the value of same is now lower than half of what I paid for it 11 years ago.

Unlike LDB my "six speed" does not keep up with any Corvette including a six cyl. '53. Well, maybe it does. But I'm still here!
Gotta agree with Ft. Morgan AL(abama, not Colorado ) though as some of the threads are pretty odd and not worth reading. You know, the old "I want my click back" from years ago.
Other than that, I enjoy the regulars, some of the newbs, etc. The C6 may be the last of the good ones even as the C7 enjoys darned good sales.
Unfortunately, it does look more and more as if the Mid Engine (ME) which will be called the C8, will not only be the ONLY model for C8---no Front Engine with large coupe-storage---it will NOT have a manual transmission. Horrors! Is it a Corvette without a manual trans?
Some won't buy it, at least for now until they give in. But those appear to be the facts of the next gen Corvette. I hope I'm wrong, but it doesn't appear to be the case.

I ordered my 2013 in May of 2012, and it was delivered in late June of 2012. The VIN ends in 327, so it was the 327th corvette made in 2013. My 1968 Camaro has a 327 engine in it, so I feel it is real cool to have a car that is number 327 built. I do still have my 2013, with 35K miles on it.

I bought an 08 coupe and a 10 GS new, but life got in the way and I had to get rid of both. I had owned my C7Z for almost 2 years, but got an itch and had to have a 427 vert. So glad I came back to a C6, might be my favorite car of all time. The C7Z does a lot of sitting these days. It will probably get traded for a C8 one day, but the 427 is a keeper!

I bought my 2013 GS brand new. Back then there were many many other members who bought new C6's as well.
Seems many have moved on to C7's or even other brands. Seems a lot of the C6'ers here are now not the original owners.
So . . . . how many original C6 owners still hanging around here ?

Still have my 06. Still here. Still posting.
Still love it!

Started here n the C3 section until I picked up my 2012 CRM GS from Tommy at McMulkin.
I don’t post like I used to but the car remains in my garage. I have little interest in a cramped C7 and am awaiting the C8 reveal.

Although I did not buy my C6 as a new car, I did get a low mileage 2006 in 2009, and joined the forum at that time after lurking as a non member for 6 months.
This was my first car forum, and since I have joined others, but none compare to the Corvette forum. Other forums are near impossible to get any help on issues.
The membes on this forum go out of their way to help their fellow members.
I will keep this C6 for a long time. It now has just slightly above 95K miles on the clock and still working great.

I took museum delivery of Red, my '07 A6 F55 vert, on August 29, 2006. It's been my DD ever since. I special ordered Red with every option except OnStar (and the mythical 20mm cannon mounted in the front bumper -- ) Since then I've invested a a fair amount of time and $$ in improvements like an E-Force supercharger and new Morimoto headlights. I'm pushing 70 and will retire at the end of this month. One of these days my artificial knees might refuse to let me crawl in and out of Red. If that happens I may have to buy a Tesla.

Bought my 08 in 09 with 500miles, now 122k miles on it and running stronger then ever. Of course a ton of mods and still not done with her but shes lighter then the c7’s and I absolutey hate how they changed the round taillights. To me that was an iconic symbol for vettes, ive rebuilt a 85 and 88 then jumped to this 08. Wont ever sell it!

Not a “legal” poster in this thread but... I bought my ‘11 C6 used. I had 3 C-3s and I love them but am 67 and getting harder for me to work on them and keep them all going. Still like cruising around in them but miss the modern comforts & conveniences of our other vehicles. So I bought the ‘11 6 weeks ago with 21,000 miles on it. It was a retired ladie’s 6th new Vette and she traded it in on her 7th. In the last 10 days I have sold 2 of the C-3s and plan on keeping the other one to tinker on and drive occasionally. I just love the C-6, it is now my dd, and will remain so for years to come

Nice to see familiar names in these posts
Joined the Forum BEFORE I ordered my 2006 convertible, and learned a lot in advance. Still have it, still modifying it, and still posting.
And like some others, cannot disappoint the benefactor: This was my 60th birthday present to ME.
