Awesome! Think you will be much happier with it than the C6 you were considering -- maybe a bit quicker too!

I have been the very happy owner of a 2005 M6, Z51 option with 63,000 miles on it and have had it for just over 15 months now. It is now setting at 70,000 miles and other than having to replace the radiator last fall (could have happened to any Corvette as it seems to be a common malady) and currently chasing the 'check fuel cap' issue, I'm very happy with it. At 13 years old, most all of the 'issues' have been rectified and anything that crops up is something that will happen with any car of that age, not because its a 2005 Corvette. I love it!

Some people are just gonna hate for the sake of hating!

I am still friends with several of my old Corvette Club buddies that own early C6 Corvettes and they love them. No more issues than any other vehicles they've owned. Actually, my good friend that owns a 2005 is the one that was pushing me to get one. He has had zero issues with his!

I wouldn't have hesitated to buy an '05 thru '08 if I found something that was right for me. This '04 Z06 was just too nice and at a great price.

So you are saying my '05 A4 with a quarter-million miles on it is junk?

Who knew?

Some people are only “experts” in the field of being experts!
