Melting Slicks
I know you said LS3 but here is my LS2, there are a few forum venders that sell these sanded smooth and painted to match your car.

Yes, valve covers not fuel rail. I have an eforce sc and don't particularly like the fuel rail covers. I'm installing a cam and changing springs so I was thinking ditching the fuel rail covers and getting nicer valve covers.
I like these but would like them in ZR1 blue.
I know I can powder or paint them but if I don't have to it would be one less thing to do...

It's a fairly simple thing to custom paint your own valve covers, or in our area (Phoenix) there are several good powdercoating shops that could also do it for you. I don't think you will be able to by a set of ZR1 blue covers off the shelf.

I always liked the crinkle painted ones. But I think I've seen katech engines with blue covers.
No idea where this one is from. Just a search

Actually that was my Ls3 car I sold. GM Performance covers and had them Powdercoated ZR1 Blue. Like my Zo6 now I had Proform's Powdercoated CRM.

does anyone keep atomic orange in stock? I'm needing to order some valve covers today and have them ship tomorrow. Color is not a must, but if it's out there, I might think about it for the right price.

if you have a English color paint shop around you they can mix the atomic orange for you. Just give them the paint code. Thats what I did when I painted some interior pieces and my fuel rail covers. They can put it in a spray can or if you have a paint gun they can do it by the quart or however much you need .
